My experience with OG Croteau Plumbing & Heating has always been good. When a plumbing company has been around for 50 years, there are reasons for that. The towns of Fitchburg, Leominster, and Lunenburg have a lot of plumbers and heating technicians, but if I'm looking for someone to do a big job like replace a water heater, I'm going with a reputable company that's been around for years and OG Croteau Plumbing & Heating is just that.

My heating system quit during the
coldest week in December of 2015. O. G. Croteau came out, replaced my system,
including the tankless water heater, in a timely fashion. They were
professional in all the dealings I had with them. The work was done in quickly
and cleanly. The technician answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The
price was what they told me it would be, in their estimate. They removed and
disposed of my old system. Since, they have returned to attend to other
plumbing problems, not related to the heating system. I have been very happy
with O. G. Croteau Plumbing and Heating and would recommend them to my family
and friends.
